Terms & Conditions

  1. The auction opens on 7 September 2024, 10am and closes on 18 September 2024, 9pm at the Catholic Foundation Dinner.

  2. All artworks are available for auction online at www.angelicoart.com/eauction

  3. The exhibition will be held from 7 September 2024, 10am to 14 September 2024, 8pm at Orchard Central.

  4. All artworks, whether viewed at the exhibition or through the online system, are sold “as is where is”.

  5. The starting bid price of each artwork is indicated as its “Reserve Price” at the exhibition. Bidders must place bids that are higher than the “Minimum Bid”, or the previous bidding price indicated on the auction website.

  6. In recognition of their contributions, artists will receive 50% of the reserve price for each art piece sold. Artists marked with (*) against their name have indicated that they will be donating their share to the Catholic Foundation.

  7. All bids must be submitted online at www.angelicoart.com/eauction. The highest bid price will be updated on the online system.

     

  8. The auction closes on 18 September 2024 at 9:00pm at the Catholic Foundation Dinner. All successful bidders will be notified via the email they had provided at the point of placing their bid.

  11. In the event that the successful bidders fail to pay the amount in full or make the required deposit, or do not confirm their interest as indicated above, the winning status of the bid made will be forfeited and this bidder will no longer have any claim to the artwork. Instead, it will be offered to the next highest bidder at his/her last bid amount.​

a. Successful bidders will need to approach the AAA counter and show the email notification from Catholic Foundation informing of their successful bid.

 b. They will be required to either:
- pay the full amount if they are collecting the artwork or
- place a minimum deposit of $500 or 50% of the winning bid, whichever is higher, if they intend to collect the artwork at a later date from the Catholic Foundation office. This deposit will serve as a confirmation of purchase.​

a. Successful bidders will need to reply to the email notification no later than Thursday 19 September 2024, 5.00pm to confirm their interest to purchase the artwork, and arrange for payment and collection from the Catholic Foundation office.
